Delivery Terms and Conditions

Deliveries can be made Worldwide! Deliveries to destinations other than the Republic of Ireland may be arranged by the Supplier. Such deliveries will need to be arranged through the Despatch Office during normal business hours. 

Delivery dates and times given by the Supplier are estimates only. Unless expressly agreed by the Supplier in writing time is not and shall not be deemed to be of the essence of the contract, subject to delivery taking place within a maximum of 30 days. 

The Client shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The Supplier will only tender delivery of goods to persons aged over 18. 

Items are supplied subject to their availability. Whilst the Supplier will endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if there is an insufficient stock to meet your order, the Supplier may at their discretion contact the Client to offer a substituted product or alternatively refund the price paid for such goods as soon as possible. 

The Supplier reserves the right to change details and/or product specifications without notice. 

The Supplier reserves the right to make delivery by instalments and tender a separate invoice in respect of each instalment. The Supplier’s failure to deliver one or more instalments or any claim by the Client in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Client to treat the Contract as a whole to be repudiated.

Exclusions and Bank Holidays

Republic of Ireland Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over ROI Bank Holidays.

Additional Information

Your delivery may take an extra day or 2 in the following situations:

  • Custom embroidered/printed items of clothing
  • During sale time or Christmas periods
  • If your address is in a remote location
  • If the availability of something on your order has changed since you purchased – we will contact you should this situation arise and a solution will be given.

Vat & Delivery Charges

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by European law, unless your outside of Europe in which prices will be exclusive of VAT. Delivery prices shown are dependent upon the destination you have selected.

Returns Terms and Conditions

We’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days were applicable. Please see below T&C's;

  1. Customers must provide proof of purchase which clearly states the date of the purchase and the purchase price, to obtain a refund.
  2. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  3. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 
  4. All products must have tags attached and all wrapping/shoe boxes must be returned.
  5. You will need to pay the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
  6. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  7. If the product was bought on sale, they are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.
  8. * * PLEASE NOTE * * Any Custom Made or Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a fault with the products as these order have been specially placed.
  9. Fill in a Returns Form (included with your order) and include this with the item you are returning in a parcel-Mail your returned item to:

  1. We will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed. If a discount code/promo code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price.) 
  2. When Will I get my Refund? Refunds are completed within 14 days. Your local bank may take extra time to process the payment.

*We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with the guidance above.
